1. General Information


This website is operated by Speedy Express Oy, a company registered in Finland.

By accessing or purchasing from SpeedyVIP.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

 

2. Cross-Border Sales Model

 

All products are shipped internationally from Finland (EU).

Customers acknowledge that:

  • Orders are cross-border transactions

  • Customs procedures may apply

  • Import regulations differ by destination country

  • Delivery timeframes may vary

 

3. Pricing & Currency

  • All prices are displayed in EUR (€)

  • Prices may include VAT where applicable

  • Final payment amount is shown at checkout

SpeedyVIP reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice.

 

4. Free Shipping Policy

Certain products and bundled packages are marked as:

  • “Free Shipping”

  • “Shipping Included”

  • “Tax & Shipping Included”

For these products:

  • International shipping costs are included

  • Applicable cross-border tax handling fees are included

  • No additional shipping fees will be charged

Free shipping applies only to eligible products clearly labeled as such.

 

 

5. Shipping Fee Policy

For orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold:

  • Orders with fewer than 5 items AND

  • Order total below €60

A flat international shipping fee of:

€12.90 (SF Express International Shipping)

will be charged.

Shipping threshold rule:

  • If order ≥ 5 items AND  ≥ €60 → Free Shipping

  • If order < 5 items OR < €60 → €12.90 shipping fee applies

SpeedyVIP reserves the right to adjust shipping policies when necessary.

 

6. Customs & Import Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate name and ID information

  • Providing customs clearance documentation if required

  • Cooperating with customs authorities

If a shipment is:

  • Refused by customer

  • Rejected by customs

  • Destroyed by customs

  • Abandoned due to incomplete documentation

No refund will be issued.

 

 

7. Order Processing & Delivery

Orders are processed in shipment batches.

Delivery times may vary due to:

  • Airline adjustments

  • Customs inspection

  • National holidays

  • Force majeure

Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds.

 

 

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled before shipment.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

 

9. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our separate Return & Refund Policy page.

Due to the cross-border nature of our business, arbitrary returns and exchanges are not accepted.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

SpeedyVIP is not liable for:

  • Customs delays

  • Regulatory restrictions

  • Indirect losses

  • Consequential damages

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

 

11. Intellectual Property

All website content including logos, images, and text are property of Speedy Express Oy and may not be reproduced without permission.

 

 

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Finland.

 

13. Customer Acknowledgement

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that:

  • Cross-border logistics involves regulatory and customs risks

  • Delivery timelines are estimates

  • Certain products may be restricted by destination country laws

  • The customer assumes responsibility for compliance with local import regulations
