1. Cross-Border Nature of Our Business

 

SpeedyVIP.com is a cross-border e-commerce platform. All products are shipped internationally from Finland (EU) to customers outside the European Union.

Due to the international shipping process, customs clearance procedures, import regulations, and product safety requirements, returns and exchanges are subject to special conditions as outlined below.


 

2. No Arbitrary Returns or Exchanges

 

Because of the cross-border nature of our business, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Incorrect selection by the customer

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products

  • Customs-related delays or clearance issues beyond our control

All sales are considered final once the order has been shipped.


 

3. Non-Returnable Items

 

For safety, hygiene, and regulatory reasons, the following categories are strictly non-returnable:

  • Food and beverages

  • Health supplements

  • Infant and baby products

  • Personal care items

  • Cosmetics and skincare

  • Any product with a broken seal

  • Items requiring temperature control

  • Customized or special-order products

These items cannot be resold once exported.


 

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective item

  • An incorrect product

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  1. Order number

  2. Clear photos of outer packaging

  3. Photos of damaged product

  4. Shipping label photo

Failure to provide complete evidence within the required timeframe may result in rejection of the claim.

After review, we may:

  • Offer a partial refund

  • Offer a replacement in the next shipment batch

  • Issue store credit

 

Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated case by case.


 

5. Customs & Import Responsibility

 

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate personal information

  • Providing valid customs clearance documentation when required

  • Cooperating with customs authorities

If a shipment is:

  • Rejected by customs

  • Destroyed by customs

  • Returned due to incomplete documentation

  • Abandoned due to failure to clear

We do not provide refunds.

 


 

6. Shipping Delays

 

International shipping may be affected by:

 

  • Airline adjustments

  • Customs inspections

  • National holidays

  • Force majeure events

 


Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds.


 

7. Order Cancellation

 

Orders may only be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.


8. Refund Method

 

If a refund is approved:

 

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–15 business days

  • Shipping fees and customs fees are non-refundable

  • The customer assumes responsibility for import compliance in their destination country
